To qualify participant to perform inspection and documentation of Lightning Protection System [LPS] on all types of WTG blades.

Level 1 - Blade Inspection

To qualify participant to perform blade service inspection on all types of WTG blades, according to Global Blade Service Standard.

Level 2 - Blade Repair

Course outcome [LINK]

To qualify and certify knowledge and skills of technicians to undertake basic service and repair work on various types of WTG blades in accordance to:

- Global Blade Service Standard

- Service instructions from OEM.

Level 3 – Structural Blade Repair

To qualify and certify knowledge and skills of technicians to undertake service and structural repair work on various types of WTG blades in accordance to:

- Global Blade Service Standard

- Service instructions from OEM.

Qualifying test

Test outcome

To test technician knowledge and skills gained from work experience or different courses, in order to determine the technician’s professional level and assign GBS certificate of acquired level.
